Parent Teacher Conferences

Last week you had the opportunity to participate in parent teacher conferences with your child's teacher. There is no better opportunity for you to gain valuable insight [into the progress your child has made] than this conference. At St. Joseph Catholic School, we view our relationship with parents as a partnership in learning. We recognize parents as the primary educators of their own children. To those of you that took advantage of this opportunity, thank you! If you have not yet had a chance to have this very important conference, I encourage you to contact your child's teacher at your earliest convenience. Immediately following spring break, the teachers will be making contacts with you to ensure this critically important meeting takes place.

Speaking of spring break, the students will be dismissed at 12:50 today to begin their fun in the sun.  The staff will remain until the end of the day to make up missed professional development due to a snow day.  While the students will not be in the building, the school will be open for business during normal office hours. Since I will be the only one in the office during this next week, I would please encourage you to call ahead. I hope you enjoy a wonderful week of rest and relaxation!
